Each level of the course must be completed and passed before you can move onto the next level. After each level you will receive an email with a pass/fail result. In the event you fail, you will be allowed to retake the test. If you pass, you will be supplied a link to the next level. Complete and pass all 10 levels and you will be awarded the KDG Masters Certificate. The tests at each level will show you have understood the sales process and will improve your skills in selling more vehicles, rewarding you and your dealership, Good Luck
